Learning and Development Administrator

Admin / Secretarial / Office Support | Administration | Wellington | Permanent / Full Time

Key Responsibilities include

  • Upload and manage online content across IT platforms
  • Formatting of online content and documentation
  • Manage membership renewal process
  • Monitor learner progress with course certification
  • Assist with digital communications such as website updates and enquiries, and monthly e-newsletter distribution with course information
  • Assist staff to develop confidence and competence across IT platforms, in particular Totara LMS
  • Co-ordinate and maintain the learning and development database to ensure timely entry and extraction of data to support organisation requirements
Skills and experience needed
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Confident in the development of online learning and system development
  • Experience in admin and support of a LMS desirable or willingness to upskill
  • Excellent organisational skills driven by initiative and strong prioritising ability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Process oriented with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to solve problems in a collaborative manner
