6 month fixed term contract

30 hours per week – flexible hours/days/work from home options

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small high performing HR team within a leading FMCG business based in Wiri.
  
Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor, you will be supported in your role by a global organisation committed to providing growth opportunities for every employee.  You will play an integral role in acquiring top talent for the NZ market. 
  
The culture of this organisation is fast and dynamic.  The team work hard but promote a balance of work and play and are flexible to ensure that the demands of family are well catered for.
  
In this role you will be challenged but well supported.  You will enjoy the fast paced, varied and hands on nature of the role.  You will have demonstrated experience in driving the end to end recruitment function, and have the ability to adapt and innovate different recruitment approaches.
  
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in:

  • High volume end to end recruitment
  • Developing and promoting talent acquisition initiatives
  • Leveraging new platforms and social media channels
